Nursery

Nursery children get FREE milk, with a choice of whole milk or semi-skimmed. This is funded by the NHS. Schools provide free milk to children up until a child's 5th birthday. If your child's birthday is during the term, they won't get free milk from that term onwards.

Reception, Year 1 & Year 2

Most children in infant classes who are entitled to FREE school meals are also entitled to free school milk. Children who get Universal Income free school meals aren't entitled to free school milk. All other children have the option to pay for milk. 

Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 & Year 6

Children in junior classes who are entitled to free school meals are also entitled to free school milk. All other children have the option to pay for milk. Please contact the school office for more information  admin@longmeadow.herts.sch.uk or by calling 01438 351087.
