Longmeadow are very proud to support the early education of children. We are the lead agency for the four Children’s Centres in the South of Stevenage. As part of this we have a fantastic Early Years provision and are very proud of our Nursery setting and we are sure your child will make a fantastic start to their education here!
Our Nursery is led by Mrs Holly Kimble. She would love to show you around our Nursery setting. We hold show rounds from January through to March, where you can take a look at the setting and ask any questions.
We have one intake in September.
Please note that we run separate morning and afternoon sessions on a full time basis (i.e. attending for half the day, all week). Your child will be allocated to either morning or afternoon if your application is successful - We do not currently offer part time places.
We are also really excited to begin offering full day places to parents in receipt of the government's new 30 hours funding from September 2018! For more information and to find out if you are eligible visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
Nursery admissions are managed by the school. Stevenage schools have agreed to set the same dates across the town for this year's applications: Places are in high demand for our Nursery setting. Please take a look at our oversubscription criteria which will give you an understanding of how we select pupils who apply and how we offer places if there are more applicants than places.
