In English this week we have been learning about repetition poems. First we read a selection of poems together. Next, we picked our favourite ones and learned them in small groups. Finally, we performed the poems using expression and adding actions or sound effects.

Later in the week, we started to write our own repetitive poems about what we might see on our walk to school. We used our imagination and thought of unusual things like an alien to write about descriptively.
