As part of our Healthy Humans topic we have been learning about the importance of exercise.
We learnt that exercise keeps our heart healthy, helps us to be flexible and makes us happy.
We then went on to investigate what happens to our bodies when we exercise. We found out that exercise increases our heart rate, makes us feel hot and sweaty and can make our muscles ache.
Did you know that we should try to do 60 minutes of exercise everyday?
