The children have had a great start to their Topic of healthy humans! We have learnt a lot already.
This week we have focused on how to stay healthy through our diets. We have looked at the different food groups such as carbohydrates, fruit and vegetables and protein and discovered how they help care for our bodies. We used this information to create a picture of a healthy meal. It would be fantastic if you could carry on these conversations with the children at home, perhaps over dinner or even the weekly shop!
