Today we celebrated mental health awareness day! We all wore yellow clothing to remind us to look after reach other when people are feeling sad. We had lots of discussions in the day, discussing what to do if you are feeling sad and how to make you feel better.
We had a great time in the photo booth, and sharing lots of happy faces. We also did some yoga in the afternoon and breathing exercises which help us feel calm if we are feeling angry. We created bunting and wrote positive phrases on them and decorated them. The children had a fantastic day!
