This week we have been learning about the story 'we are going on a bear hunt'. We created feely bags and filled them up with grass, mud, water, cotton wool etc to represent the scenes from the story. We described the bags and scenes using adjectives.  In assembly we showed key stage 1 how to act out and sing the story and encouraged everyone to join in.
In maths we have been learning about how to double numbers and using number lines to add and subtract numbers.
In our topic lessons we have been reviewing our park trip, drawing pictures and writing sentences about it.  We have also been exploring different materials around our classroom.
