This week we were learning the skills of 'weaving'. At first we created our own design of a basket, we thought about which materials we wanted to use and why.
We worked very hard to create our own basket for Little Red Riding Hood. We used a range of colours to weave through the card then created our own basket shape. Next we decorated our baskets using lots of collage materials. We also created a handle to make sure it was strong enough to carry through the woods to Grandmas house!
 

Also a big thank you to those parents who attended the phonics workshop on Thursday. The children had a fantastic time exploring the games with you.
