They had been supported by Barnwell students who had been delivering sessions about the importance of preserving water and how we can do things to reduce the consumption of water in school and at home.

At Barnwell, some children completed a presentation on behalf of their class and Diamond Class won an award for the best poster design - well done!

The children also participated in a  range of activities which included:

• Conducting filter experiments
• Determining the best and least degradable materials to be flushed away 
• Creating their own badges.

The children had a good time and were really engaged in all the hands-on activities!
