Another amazing week for Jade class!
This week we continued our excellent work and moved onto a new unit in English!
In English we moved onto a unit of work based on the book The Wolves in the Walls by Neil Gaiman. We made predictions on what would happen in the story and wrote and performed a persuasive speech imploring the main characters to move away from the wolves that had taken over their home.
In Maths we investigated different strategies to solve word problems using all four operations and revisited arithmetic work focusing on revising our key skill set.
In Science we looked at how gravity affect weight and force on different planets and discovered that the forces that keen the moon in orbit with planet Earth!
We also had an amazing discussion about the life of Muhammad Ali and why sticking to your beliefs and principles is better than doing what others want you to do.
