Sapphire Class at Hendon RAF museum

On Monday, Sapphire class went on a coach to the RAF museum in London. Once we got there we were able to explore the 6 hangers which had different themes to them. One of them was all about WW1, which will help us during the week.

We got to see loads of different planes and even got to sit in one and see all the controls. In the hangers we got to listen and read a range of facts.

Annie- When we sat in the plane we got to see all the controls that we could use to start the plane and this was my favourite part of the day.

Lilly- Rose- We got to play in the park which had model planes and that was fun.

Oliver- I enjoyed learning and see the details on the planes.

Raynie- I liked seeing a demonstrate of what a bomb could do to the ground.
