Silver & Gold are Electrifying

Year 4 tackle making circuits in this weeks science lesson!
Today we used wires, lightbulbs, batteries, spinners and buzzers to experiment with making working circuits. We found that you need at least 2 wires and a battery to make a working circuit. First, we had to make a lightbulb turn on and then we introduced other items too. We have discussed the meaning of the words ‘circuit’ ‘conductor’ and ‘insulator.
