Getting your child to school matters

Absence = Lost Opportunity

School starts at:

8:40 am for EYFS & KS1 (Nursery, Reception, Years 1 and 2)
8.45 am for KS2 (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6)

On arrival, children go straight into class for registration
and challenge activities followed by a Whole School Assembly.

If your child is 5 minutes late, an adult must sign them in via the school office.

Attendance Awards

Every school day counts!

In EYFS and KS1, the class with the highest percentage of attendance each week wins an award.
In KS2, the class is presented with a shiny trophy for the week.

At the end of each half term, we will have an overall winner from each key stage, and they will celebrate with a non-school uniform day.

Following Parental Voice to recognise individual children's achievements we have introduced an 'Attendance Achievements Event' every term, to celebrate the efforts of children and families who have achieved 98% attendance or higher within the term.
